Universal Pigment Concentrate for water and solvent based paints (emulsions, oil-phthalates, bleach, nitrocellulose, chloroform). Some colors can be used with paints for exterior finishes (marked on containers). They are resistant to UV rays and do not change colors during use. The container shows what color can be obtained when the paint and pigment are mixed.
